I’m using Mary Kay toning lotion on my midsection and doing planks and sit ups to try and make a difference in this blubbery-ness after pregnancy. I’m applying the toning lotion in the day and at night. I’ve done a 20 second plank and 12 situps today. Hoping for positive results! Don’t have any time to myself so I was looking for something quick. Hoping to start running one of these days.
